Enable Texture Pack Support for Your Server
BedrockConnect lets console players (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch) use custom texture packs on Bedrock servers. As a server owner, you can enable this for your server so your players get the best experience.
This page explains how the system works and how to get your server's texture pack status set to Supported.
How it works
BedrockConnect has two bot accounts that automatically connect to your server to check if it has a resource pack:
- BexiiiGC
- TabbyBrick7990
If the bots find a resource pack, they download it and cache it. BedrockConnect then serves this pack to console players who connect through the app. Your server will show as "Supported" in the app.
The bots check every server once every 24 hours. If you update your server's resource pack, it can take up to 24 hours before BedrockConnect picks up the new version. During that time, texture packs may not work because the cached version no longer matches your server.
Option A: Whitelist our bots
If your server has a resource pack but shows as "Not supported", it's most likely because your anti-bot or anti-DDoS system is blocking our bots from connecting.
Fix: Whitelist these two accounts on your server:

Let us know via a Discord ticket. We can trigger a manual check so you don't have to wait 24 hours.
Option B: Add our pack to your server
If whitelisting isn't possible — for example because your anti-bot system can't whitelist individual accounts — you can add the BedrockConnect resource pack directly to your server. Open a ticket on Discord and we'll provide the pack and instructions.
After adding the pack, open a Discord ticket so we can manually set your server's status to Supported. Our bots won't detect it automatically in this case.
Why your server might show "Not supported"

Partner program
Verified servers appear in the Partner tab in the app. Partners are reviewed and confirmed by the BedrockConnect team.
Partner servers can also apply to be ad-free — so players can connect without watching ads. This is optional and not included by default.
